Project Overview
Ideoo Academy, a non-formal educational academy, specializes in Multimedia, offering courses in Design, Animation, Photography, Videography, and Website development. The "industrial revolution 4.0" highlighted at the 2016 World Economic Forum emphasized the merging of the internet with industrial activities[1]. In response, Indonesia initiated the ambitious Make Indonesia 4.0, targeting 10 development goals by 2030[2]. With a global shift predicted to result in the net change of jobs—75 million jobs disappearing and 133 million new ones emerging—Indonesia is expected to see a significant transformation, losing and creating 23 million jobs[3], particularly benefiting the creative industry, information technology, and education sectors. This scenario spurred Ideoo Academy to develop a digital educational platform tailored to the needs of the fourth industrial revolution, positioning it as a leader in multimedia digital education.

Problems
The shift to a digital platform by Ideoo Academy, prompted by the COVID-19 pandemic, from traditional offline classes to online courses, faced significant challenges, notably slow website access. This issue not only undermines the learning experience but also requires financial investments in updating web development techniques and expanding capacity. Google’s research on website performance indicates that a loading time exceeding 3 seconds leads to over 50% of users abandoning the site[4], underscoring the importance of optimizing web performance to ensure effective and accessible digital education.

Objective
To launch an online learning platform using a Progressive Web App-based development method to enhance its efficiency for widespread use.
Goals
• To create an online-based learning system (E-Course) in the multimedia field developed through the Progressive Web App method, aiming to significantly increase the platform's efficiency.
• To enhance the multimedia skills of both the general public and students in particular.
• To support the development of MSMEs by facilitating connections between MSMEs and professionals in the creative and digital sectors.
• To generate job opportunities for the community.
Product Features
• A wide range of courses covering various subjects.
• Comprehensive material guides for in-depth learning.
• Engaging tutorial videos to enhance understanding.
• Lifetime access to all course content for ongoing learning.
• The Ideoo Student (I-dent) Showcase to display achievements.
• An internship program in partnership with Academy Partners for practical experience.
• A charity program to give back to the community.
• Informative articles to supplement course material.
• Opportunities to become Ideoo Tutors (I-tor) and contribute to the learning community.

Prototype Testing
To validate the design, over 50 respondents were engaged, and testing was conducted based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with the following methods:
• Single Ease Question (SEQ): This scale, ranging from 1 to 7, measures ease of use. Usability testing revealed that respondents gave an average rating of 94.40%, indicating high ease of use.
• System Usability Scale (SUS): Consisting of 10 questions evaluated on a Likert scale from 1 to 5, this metric assesses satisfaction, ease, and effectiveness. An average score of 85.25 was achieved, showcasing good system usability.

Results & Findings
The SEQ and SUS scores from the project validation highlight a positive user experience, demonstrating high usability and ease of use for the Ideoo Academy digital platform. This feedback aligns well with the broader objectives of responding effectively to the Industrial Revolution 4.0. By targeting fields projected to grow, such as the creative industry and digital education, the platform provides an efficient and accessible medium for multimedia education. Moreover, the incorporation of features like the Internship Program with Academy Partners and a focus on enhancing multimedia skills aims to support MSMEs and foster job creation within the community. However, the transition to a digital format was not without its challenges. Initial issues, such as slow website access, underscore the imperative for continuous optimization to maintain the platform's effectiveness and accessibility, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of its users and the dynamics of the digital education landscape.
